Even with delays due to several reasons at the manufacturing level the dealership was in contact with me weekly with updates.

The dash camera was installed, but no instruction provided, just the manual. The dash is changed at left on a different setting every time I take my car in. Please return the dash settings to where they were when you got the car. Requested why the tire pressure light was on when the tire pressure seemed okay. No response.

i have been since 2015 with jackson toyota and been doing oil change, tire etc , last week when i was there for my Rav4 tire change over , charged me 25 for wheel nut key, i had no idea what is wheel nut key, they misplaced or forgot to put in my car last time when i changed tire with them, i didn't go anywhere except them, even didn't do courtesy to waive , now i will think going next time to this place.

Sales: Andrew Black is great, and highly recommended him for anyone. I will keep going back just to deal with him. To management: better keep him happy, as he's making up for a whole host of problems in your organization. However, the rest of the sales and service department is definitely suffering from "big company disease": pass the buck, slow response, slow service appointments, putting the burden on customers, "let me talk to my manager" gimmick, etc etc. I've seen the deterioration over the last 10 years as plain as day. How can a drive through oil change place manage to keep appointments to under 30 minutes when Jackson's can't? (Answer: Jackson's needs some lessons in the Toyota Production System...lesson 1: customer always first!).

I had a scheduled appointment to have snow tires put on and a request for a fog light replacement. Shortly after checking, Derek, my Sales Advisor called to advise me that there was a fuel pump recall and wondered if I could leave the vehicle an extra day so he could have the part ordered in and get everything done at once. I had forgotten about the recall and was so glad he caught that. Everything was done efficiently and I was kept up to date all along. Another great service visit at Jackson’s Toyota, Barrie. Everyone is always great there and very welcoming. Big thank you to Derek Rausch!
