I traded in my 2019 Toyota Tundra for a RAV 4 and so far I am loving it! The whole process from start to finish was a breeze- Matthew Mitchell was who I dealt with and hands down was great! He was available at all times to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use him again when I go to buy another Toyota- I live an hour and half away and it was definitely worth the drive! Matt was 10/10!

Salesman Christopher Tran provided excellent service by being honest, patient and fair. Christopher never pressured me, was extremely professional, and knowledgeable on all Toyota products! He was super friendly, reliable (literally answered any questions I had very quickly through emails) and I would definitely make a deal with him again! Financial rep Megan Fitzgerald was also extremely professional, friendly, and made the process even more enjoyable! As someone who has had bad experiences at dealerships, I absolutely loved my experience at Jackson’s Toyota. Thank you for making the process of buying a car enjoyable, I am enjoying my new Rav4!!

Integrity is everything. Andrew Black is a decent and fair person. The service department is a sham. They are not truthful and dont care about your business. Go somewhere else! I bought a Tundra and had a Rav4 on order. Canceled because of the service department. What insults me most, management didn't even call me to look into it. Two weeks later still no call!
