Called an enquiry for tundra.. sales person spoke very nice and asked to come to the dealership.. I said I have to drive from Ottawa to reach the dealership.. said deal can happen only at the dealership.. drove all the way to make it happen.. after reaching the dealership spoke to the sales person and because of the my credit situation… said we will pay in total .. first said yes not a problem .. later says the truck is not available for sale.. I think these guys are showing racism and want to make extra commission by making financing or leasing.. if you are not honest don’t waste peoples time and energy by becoming more greedy.. avoid this dealership if you want to save your time.. highest non ethical practices …

Andrew Black at Jackson's Toyota is amazing and really looks out for his customers. We've dealt with him twice now, but most recently when I was in a car accident. He worked very hard to get us the new vehicle we wanted (with a shortage going on), and was able to pull it off. If he hadn't, we still wouldn't have our car, and we would have been paying for a rental for months. Thank you, Andrew!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a gently used vehicle here. Eric was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and communication at all steps was quick and efficient. Lisa from finance was as equally professional and friendly! The trade in offer they gave me greatly surpassed another dealership in Barrie and the service was A1 in comparison ! Thanks so much for providing my car in a pristine state and taking the time to review all the new features and gadgets with me outside on a cold/ snowy day, I greatly appreciated it. Brooke
