Bought my first car through Brantford Honda, great service and knowledgeable staff. My sales representative was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Guiding me through the experience, he was able to answer my questions and provide me with positive and helpful information. I would recommend him and them to anyone looking for a new or used car. My wife and I were car shopping as our 2008 Ford was showing it's age we stopped into Brantford Honda because my daughter had purchase a 2013 Honda crv a year ago and we wanted to see the new models this is where we met Calvin St. Germain if you are looking to buy a Honda check this guy out we found him very knowlegable on all the different models and options he was very good at explaining where everything was on the new CRV that we purchased and after all this Calvin went out of his way though service to help me solve a problem with my daughters CRV transmission Thank you very much Calvin

They have friendly and quick service. The only issue I've ever had is the price But that's to be expected from a dealership. Sometimes I will go just because I know how much quicker and easier it will be, but it comes at a cost. Make sure to ask for Maggie. Shes the real MVP there.

My wife and I were at Honda the other day to review our lease on our Honda. We met Scott Mc Culloch Retention Manager , and by the time we were finished we leased a new Civic, and saved money as well. He went above and beyond what we expected and made the whole experience a pleasure. At no time did we feel any pressure to take any steps we didn't want to take, our concern was that we live on a pension and we had a budget and had to stick to it. We are very impressed with our new Civic EX as we have been with all our Hondas in the past. We purchased our first Civic at Brantford Honda in 1989 and our new Civic is our seventh vehicle from this dealership. We again thank Scott for his great service to us.

James was so helpful with our purchase and trade in with our older van - incredibly helpful without being pushy at all! He was friendly and genuine, and had our best interests at heart. James went above and beyond with helping us drive off the lot with exactly what we needed (and wanted!) in a vehicle. Pete in finances was organized, efficient, personable ... and again not pushy at all. Showed us our options and left the decisions up to us. I thoroughly appreciated the kind and genuine service we received at Brantford Honda, and would easily recommend them to our best friends and family! Thank you!

Absolutely love dealing with Brantford Honda. Just bought another vehicle, and was introduced to another very fine salesperson. Cat is friendly, professional, personable, and extremely easy to deal with. The whole buying experience is grade-A. I especially love the family atmosphere and it means a great deal to me that all the employees get along and work very well today. I always leave with a smile on my face knowing they always go the extra mile in making myself and wife (Shelley) feel comfortable throughout each phase of the sale.
