Took my Corvette in for service. Oil change and new TPS, did not replace the sensor as asked and did not put enough oil in the motor. They must not have checked the level after because it did not show on the dip stick. Checked when I got home because oil pressure was low. Called them and they told me I was wrong, then asked me to drive it back. Long story shirt they sent someone out to add the oil. Bad part is they are the Corvette dealer in the city

Better customer service now that the surveys were made available. Definite improvement.

The politeness and the courtesy shown makes you feel better to have service done there. The effort is being put out rather than assuming we are happy. We realize is an in and out assembly line get the job done. BUT the customers have there day going on and customers are probably not happy bringing in the vehicle. Being without a vehicle and paying out money generally puts us in a mood. A little courtesy goes a long way. Surveys help keep a reminder customers are important. But it should not feel the survey is why we get good service. My service was great, the staff is friendly and informative. Thanks Derrick.
