I was disapointed to learn that the extended warranty I had purchased for my 2015 Silverado 2500 hd was not transferable when I traded the truck in at a dealership

I had the absolute honour and pleasure to work with Dana, I will swear by him up and down that you will get the most out of your visit, he came up to me while I was looking at a truck and with a firm handshake and a look in the eye introduced himself and we went from there! Dana made my life so much easier and made this process fun yet professional, seriously this guy needs a really massive raise or Christmas bonus or something! my experience was better here than with any other sales department, at any other dealership I’ve ever been to! They have Such friendly people, amazing selection, courteous and caring, never felt pressured at all and they’re always willing to help! the lengths these people specifically in sales will go to please a customer is uncanny and amazing, they are extremely knowledgeable on all the vehicles they sell, and if they don’t know, they will spare nothing to get you the answers you want and need!
