Excellent quick service

Dropped my car off Sunday night, my car was ready at 10:30 a.m., shuttle picked me up within 15 minutes. I was very moved that ALL employees stood up and observed the minute of silence during the Remembrance Day broadcast

My experience with Palladino Honda service department was terrible. My wife and I bought a Honda Civic SI with winter tire package. They gave us the wrong rim and tire size. When I called them to tell them that they gave us the wrong tire size they didn't believe me. Service department insisted that we had to bring the car to dealership for them to try the rims on our Honda si. Just got the winter tires installed today after 90 minutes wait at dealership and we were right about having received the wrong tire size. This could of been avoided by just a simple lookup on the internet and a exchange that same day. This whole process took about a month and my wife had to drive through a couple of snow storms on low profile summer tires. All we got at the end is a simple sorry from service department.

I was looked after without prompting

A routine oil change turned into a major repair but all was handled professionally and within warranty including securing a proper rental vehicle.

Winter tires installed

Winter tires installed and summer ones in storage. Was not waiting long. I was a little disappointed when getting back to my vehicle it had dirty marks on the door sill and wiping them off had left a couple of scratches. The car is new and had scratches on so this is stressing me out. Other than that I always enjoy my visits and love to chat with the girls on the service desk who are always so pleasant and helpful.

Winter tires, balance, align. Store all season tires. Check serpentine belt Check steering for cause of whining noise heard when effecting right or left hand...flushed and added steering fluid.

Went in for maintenance and a new map light on A very busy Friday. I got a phone call at 4 that I also needed new rear breaks. The last pickup shuttle is at 4:30 and the technician agreed to finish the breaks by the time the shuttle got to the shop. An other technician helped him finish up faster and I only waited a few minutes after paying to get my keys and go. I was expecting to wait a bit longer than that. Awesome service to everyone involved.
