I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and was assured by Tamara that my car would be ready at noon. I explained that I was going to North Bay for the day and wouldn’t be able to pick up my cat until Friday morning. That worked out well for both of us. She texted me Thursday evening to let me know that the work on my car was completed.

Oil change and chassis/brake inspection. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. No surprises. Was a positive experience. Shuttle was to the minute as promised. Thank you.

Appointment and cost was as expected, no surprises this time, despite short of staff. Vehicle was completed on time. Had to use the shuttle service as my wife was recovering from a broken ankle.
