Once again, dealing with Service was an outstanding experience and a pleasure. Keep up the fantastic job! But, next time I wouldn't mind having rocket launchers installed or, at least, a flamethrower to melt this #@!$@#!!! snow.

I've been a customer for Palladino for the last 13 years. Couldn't decide on a vehicle for the longest time. Went in, test drove two vehicles & fell in love with the Passport. Was set up with Mr. Battistoni who answered all of my questions, as well as helped me look for what I wanted & set me up with the best option. Not to mention the wonderful service from Teresa the delivery specialist! She explained everything I needed to know, and then some. Not to mention the service and the service team is top notch too! Thank you again!

Happy that I have had such competent service at Palladino Honda over the years. My family has 6 Honda vehicles that have either been purchased and continue to get service where I feel my family are driving safe cars.

The service advisor team is professional, the shuttle drivers are great, and the lounge makes auto service less painful. I really appreciate the beverage options since I'm a busy person who's always on the go. 4/5 since I feel sometimes their booking systems don't work 100% precisely, but it's a glitchy bug that doesn't affect every experience. I appreciate the ability to book online, and the text confirmations, so that is a plus.
