We just purchased a vehicle from Bank Street Mitsubishi. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service we received. Mahboob was amazing. He was so patient, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Amazing vibe, super chill and willing to help get us what we wanted and not push his own agenda. Best sales man I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Paul was also a pleasure to work with, very responsive and help wrap everything up quickly. Highly recommend working with these two gentlemen.

Absolutely fantastic service from Robert and Paul! I recently purchased two cars from them, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I recently purchased a new car with Bank Street Mitsubishi, and the experience was great with Robert D., Michael and Paul. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive customer service from Robert D. I test drove the car and he explained all of the car’s features to me and my sister. He was patient with me and did not pressure me in my decision which I appreciated. I was able to get a good deal with them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

I found the preowned vehicle sales manager Geoff and the salesperson I dealt with Chu very approachable and easy to deal with. It was a very pleasant experience and never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I would recommend Bank Street Mitsubishi.
