Mr Chu was being very helpful and patience answering my questions. I been a few places to look for a new car for myself, he's one of best sales who helped me with it, great customer service & he gives honest advice.

Disappointed as a returning customer looking to lease another Outlander. Sent (multiple) emails (and left voice messages) to the general sales manager about the Mitsubishi Connect App free period and pricing vs. Mitsubishi’s Click Shop tool—no response. Recommend checking other Mitsubishi dealers in town for better prices and service.
