I had problems with my new car and i felt like no one cared .I had to go to another Dealer for help

I had noise at rear of SUV and I went to an other dealer and they had to change both rear shocks . I felt like no one cared about fixing my Sportage here in Listowel.it is to bad because that is why we bought the car here at Listowel Kia. Because of having the service right here in town .

Felt very comfortable from walking in the building, to looking at the cars available to test drive.Bob went out of his way after closing hours to start the paper work.

Treated very nicely and my son (9)didn't seem to bother them though full of excitement and high energy.dealt with very professionally and with a sense of good humour through the whole place

Walked in with no appointment for an E-test. They could not get me in the shop that day but set me up with an appointment. No issues loads of great info. something to note OB2 plug in now not an emissions reading at the tailpipe.

Recently had my car in for there advertised No Drip Oiling. Was very pleased with the service i received from Terry, Lindsay and Shelley. Very professional, and had my vehicle done and washed by the promised time. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
