This past fall I purchased a vehicle at Listowel Kia. Tim made sure he found exactly what I was looking for and didn't make me feel pressured into making a purchase. He made the process very easy. I would recommend him to anyone and would be a return customer!

Repair to faulty door handle

I had not had my used Kia Optima when the front passenger door hand literally disintegrated in my hand. Hudson's Listowel Kia offered to repair for me free of charge even though it wasn't technically covered under the car's original warranty. This was a very generous and helpful thing for them to do and I greatly appreciate it.

Very Happy with the Kia Soul and how helpful and polite the salesman Tim was with us...He went out of his way to show us everything this car had and how to use it...He called us even a few days later to see if we had any problems with it...The service is excellent and we love the car...We will definitely be back to get the next new one there.....Thank you for everything...

I was greated at the door and introduced to the vehicles by very knowledgeable staff. Excellent experience.that took less than an hour to trade my old vehicle and purchase a new one. Shopping at Listowel Kia really is a pleasant experience.
