Aug 20 Update: Check engine light has come back on. Website is down, can not self book a service appointment. Sales manager is the rudest employee I have ever met. Our check engine light has been coming on for a year now with them not giving us a clear fix or answer. A quick reset of the light and they send us back on our way. The check engine light literally started flashing when we turned it on to drive off the lot. They sell you tricorp and than refuse to do the work that is covered. I asked her if they checked the timing chain and she said “oh are you some expert mechanic now” how much more disrespectful can someone be? No, I took ten minutes on the internet and looked up common issues with my car. And then they try to gaslight me by saying things like “are you putting in the right type of gas”. Tells me I’m not allowed in, I didn’t raise my voice, I wasn’t disrespectful, I’m just trying to get my car working. They don’t want to answer my questions nor can they take criticism properly. This aggressive behaviour should be noted and is not the first time I’ve been mistreated based on factors u can not comprehend. Our check engine light is back on…

terrible customer service, have had multiple issues with my vehicle since purchasing it. i’ve personally put thousands of dollars out of my own pocket into this car and Pallidino still refuses to solve the issue. every time i bring the car in i’m left with a different issue. this is an ongoing problem and im left paying for a car that im unable to use right from day one….. the 5 star reviews are fake and written by employees at Pallidino. Do not recommend purchasing a vehicle with them 0/10

Terrible customer service. Won't deal with issues that have been brought up numerous times, and just keep dodging the questions. Don't believe all the 5-star reviews. These people are sharks who just want your money.

They sold me a lemon... I bought a car from them a year ago... I have put at least $3000 into the car ( not including down payment and monthly payment and insurance) and they have not blinked an eye about the issues. I do not recommend buying from them The sale associate I bought from (ethan) wiped his hands from the sale. Nothing but bad experience (except for Karra at the service desk) who tried to help me. I have a bookelette about an inch thick of repairs and when I asked for the problem to be made right I was told I'd be helped and then was never contacted again. Quality used cars? Nope Broken cars.
