Hi, I am writing to express my concern regarding ongoing issues with my brand new 2023 Honda CRV Sport vehicle, which I purchased from Palladino Honda Sudbury , Ontario. Despite being a new purchase, I have encountered two significant problems: the back speakers are not functioning, and there is leakage through the back trunk. Upon discovering that the back speakers were not working, I promptly reported this issue to the dealership. However, I was informed that this was considered normal and it’s the way manufactured and also they said it is normal that it is low sound on the back compared with front side. This response was particularly disappointing, as it does not align with my expectations of quality and service from Honda. To further investigate, I checked similar models, all of which had functioning back speakers. This inconsistency led me to believe that my vehicle's issue is not normal and should be addressed under the terms of the warranty. Furthermore, I have also noticed leakage through the back trunk of the vehicle, which poses a significant concern for potential water damage and overall vehicle integrity. I have made several attempts to resolve both matters directly with Pickering Honda in Pickering ,Ontario including seeking a second opinion from another dealership and an independent mechanic. Both confirmed that the back speakers should indeed be operational and the trunk should not leak. Despite these efforts, the dealership has remained uncooperative and insists that these problems are not covered under the warranty. As a loyal Honda customer, I am deeply concerned by this lack of support and the unsatisfactory handling of my complaints. I reached out to this head office with the hope that my issues can be resolved but they don't even reply back to my queries. I am totally disappointed with the car, the service in totality. Was always a fan of Honda. Looking back i regret this decision to choose Honda.
