Went to Winnipeg Honda to test drive a few cars and had a wonderful stress-free experience as Luca let us "drive" the appointment and only answered questions when asked. He didn't try to push or sway our decisions or upsell our purchase to a new vehicle. I ended up purchasing a 2021 Honda Pilot. Luca was available to me by text message anytime I had questions or wanted more information. We were able to joke around and it make the whole experience a breeze. Also, shout out to Alana in finance as well for getting me in and out with all the paperwork, quick and easy.

I purchased my vehicle brand new there (And my family members do )and always take there my vehicle for oil change and maintenance. They called me back in January/February 2025 for a fuel pump recall and I booked an appointment to have it replaced. The day I picked my vehicle it was making a rattling and very annoying noice. I called them and told them. They asked me to bring the vehicle for a diagnostic, they charge me $200 and told me the noise was cause by ice and they dealt with it. As soon as I picked the vehicle the noise was still there, nothing changed. They did nothing. I was pissed , called them and told them. They asked me if i could bring the car back. I was too tired and went home. Since then , I called several times, was told someone will call me back and no one ever did. I sent them emails and they ignored me. Awful customer service. Once they take your money, they dont care about you as a customer. I will never ever buy a vehicle from them. They damaged my car, took my money and ignoring me. I will take them to small claim court and advice anyone to avoid dealing with the Crown Group
