I had a fantastic experience at Winnipeg Honda! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially my advisor, Colton. He was easy to reach and always quick to answer my questions. The team took the time to clearly explain everything, walking me through exactly what I was paying for and outlining all my options. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be recommending this dealership to others in the future.

You would think that when you provide some solid feedback/complaint on the survey form you get after the service, there will be some follow up but as always Honda doesn’t give a damn whatever province you are in. Had a terrible experience few weeks ago at this Winnipeg Honda where their trained reps who are well trained to rip customers off (can I call th*** or maybe not, let’s be civil). Anyways, Joemel is a psychic as he can tell what your car needs as soon as you drive in without him even looking at the car. Hallelujah!
