Simply the best car dealership experience ever! For the past year or so, I had been thinking about trading in my 2011 Tucson SUV to upgrade to a newer vehicle, but was unsure of what I really wanted. I needed something a bit smaller as I was having difficulty getting in and out of the Tucson due to back and knee problems and had been looking at the smaller SUVs, but nothing seemed to click. That is until I went into my local Honda dealership here in town to check out the HR-V, turned around and saw the Honda Fit. After being shown all the neat features of the new 2019 Fit, including the Magic Seats, I got in behind the steering wheel and it was a perfect fit! I had no difficulty getting in and out and right then I knew I had found my car. After crunching the numbers a bit, I decided not to go brand new right then, so started shopping around for a used one, and that's when I saw a bright yellow 2016 Honda Fit at Brantford Honda on their website with low mileage and lots of great features! I went to Brantford with the intention to "just check it out" with my daughter, take it for a test drive, and then go home to think on it. After meeting with Casey O'Neill, we took it out for a spin where Casey pointed out even more neat things like the lane assist camera. It just felt so intuitive and easy to drive and comfortable and I was sold, and the rest they say is history! After going through everything with Krista with the paperwork, it was quick and painless, as Krista made the process easy. Casey O'Neill was great to work with, very professional, knowledgeable, and polite, and he made the entire experience relaxing and uncomplicated without any undue sales pressure. I love the color Mystic Yellow Pearl, a very bright yellow and sooo easy to find in a parking lot now! My new Honda Fit is turning heads here in town, and I have been getting a lot of compliments and people asking questions. It is a fun little car and so versatile. Every day I am finding more new things to like about it. Thanks Casey, Krista, and everyone at Brantford Honda for helping me to find my Perfect Fit! The red ribbon and gift basket were a nice touch too!

Casey O'Neil was so very helpful, knowledgeable and kind! This is the second car we bought from him and would recommend him highly. The 2018 CRV we bought is fuel efficient and fast, with loads of space and was very clean. We totally love our car.

Bought My car from Cat Villeneuve. She was very knowledgeable, and informative on car features and performance. She made me feel comfortable test driving all different vehicles. Judging from my reactions form each car, she was able to determine which one would suit my needs best. I have recommended her to everyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle.
