Hands down, By Far the best Dealership in Regina! I have dealt with quite a few of your competitors over the years (Capital, Bennett, Taylor Group) and none of them compare to the sales and especially service at Wheaton Kia! From day one I have been treated as a friend, not just another customer that pays the bills. Any of the very minor issues I have had with my Sorento are always promptly fixed and I am never worried about the whole "Your warranty doesn't cover that" speech that so many other places seem to train their staff to give as a response on everything. They are always professional, friendly and up front about what is going on. Its nice to feel comfort when dropping the keys to your $30,000 investment off and not having to worry about the run around. Second Kia I have owned and I would never even consider another brand. Huge shout out to Josh in service as well, he's always smiling, extremely organized and you can tell he truly cares about his customers :)

My mother was recently in a car accident and was in the market for a new car. We looked at a Volkswagen, Mazda, and Kia as possible replacements. She has always liked the Kia Soul and decided to purchase one from Wheaton Kia. Long story short, the vehicle may be a lemon. She picked it up last Monday night, drove it Tuesday, and on Wednesday it would not start. This is a brand new, almost $28,000, vehicle that worked for 1 day. They said this hasn't happened before and drove her out a new battery which did not solve the problem. They left her a loaner Soul to drive and took her new car back. Guess what, the loaner Soul does not start either. So much for "this hasn't happened before" as we are now 2 for 2 with vehicles that do not start. Imagine sitting in your brand new vehicle when it's -30 to -40 out turning the key for 10 minutes hoping it will start. My mother is super frustrated and I feel so bad for her. She sustained injuries in her car accident and is still dealing with a concussion. She does not need this added stress and having to deal with this situation. When speaking with the dealership about possibly cancelling the transaction, the car worked for one day and she hasn't even made a payment yet, she was basically told too bad and good luck. I maintain hope that this will all work out as my mother deserves so much better than this. However, at this time it is buyer beware for anyone considering purchasing from Wheaton Kia. Questionable product and customer service. Prove me wrong Wheaton Kia!! #BuyerBeware #WheatonKia #KiaCanada Just an update, they returned my moms "new" car to her. Fixed and all ready to go, surprise surprise it won't start again today. It is now sitting behind her work beside the loaner Soul they had given her. Why is the loaner still there? It would not start for them yesterday to be driven back to Wheaton Kia in Regina. What a joke!!! #BuyerBeware #WheatonKia #KiaCanada
