Our family purchased a Kia Optima from Wheaton Kia from Nito Raval. Every time we entered the dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful, we felt at ease. It was a great customer experience with the dealership as a whole. Nito Raval was excellent throughout the whole sales and delivery process, from looking at vehicles, test drives, purchase price and delivery. He always made sure our questions were answered and we were aware of everything happening and proactive in communication about when things would happen. If you are looking for a vehicle, go to Wheaton Kia and ask for Nito! Great experience all around!

Our first Wheaton KIA experience was when we purchased a 2006 previously owned Sorento from Brandon Friars, Vehicle Sales Manager. We were really impressed with the performance and handling of the vehicle. The reason we bought our next two NEW Sorentos from Wheaton KIA was due to the outstanding sales and service staff and the consistency in the handling and performance of the vehicles. Because of our positive experiences with Wheaton KIA, we would definitely recommend family and friends to them!! We currently live in Duncan BC and remain happy KIA owners! My buying experience was excellent - the customer rep was great and laid back. With any follow up questions and concerns not so much. I have had concerns with my vehicle and the brakes. I've made several attempts over the last year to speak with someone - messages left both via phone and email. I even came to Regina to discuss with someone face to face with assurance someone in service department but again - zero follow up.
