Just bought a car and we had great service from everyone we dealt with. We ended up staying past close to finish up and never felt rushed or pushed. We spent enough time going over the numbers and options so that we felt comfortable making a good decision. Very friendly and people focused! Great dealership! Great team!

After my car accident I had no idea what to do about another vehicle. Shayne walked me through the whole process, even telling me about insurance I didn't know I had! The minute I walked in OMS I knew I was in the right place. I told Shayne what I was looking for and he found me the right vehicle. I also dealt with Steve who did my financing, and helped me immensely faxing and emailing my documents to my insurance company. I was made aware of all the details that were going on behind the scene. Once I got my vehicle Shayne took the time to go over all the gadgets in my car, even programming my radio stations! I had such a great experience and will tell anyone that OMS is the place to go!! 😊So it’s 2 years later and I wanted to update my post. With all the negative publicity that GM is getting I wanted to share a positive review. Our car needed a lot of work done and I wasn’t sure if it was covered by our warranty. I called John from the service department and from the first phone call he was polite, informative and basically held my hand through the process. Not even 2 days went by and I had my equinox back in my possession, running perfectly! Thank you to John and the rest of OMS for helping me in my situation and staying professional! I will not think twice about coming back!

Oil change and recall repair on windshield wipers. It was going to take awhile so I got them to shuttle me home. The whole process is very smooth. 3 hrs later I go back and pick up my equinox. Great service
