From the minute I walked into the office to when I came back a few days later to pick up my car, the staff was really helpful. Thank you for everything. I love the car! I will definitely be back in the future to purchase another.

Pre sale was great. Sales staff friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. When i picked up my vehicle i felt more rushed. seats were in full recline position, floor mats were laying in the rear and it was wet and raining. I only received one key to the vehicle and was told Id receive two. The rear bumper has a greasy grime on the top of it in the cargo area. My bank loan was not set up properly. Was to be biweekly and was set up monthly. Now im told i have to fix it myself. It was a long drive 3 hours each way. The deal i made i am happy with, and the experience was over all pleasent, but the delivery could have been a lot better.

Didn't want to discuss price at all and when i was phoned for truck pickup she was quite rude and basically said u need this___ now come get it! Other then that the guys were great n pleasant. But I think being a dealership they should b willing to negotiate price a little bit.

Its been a while since I bought a car from you and still have my 03 ford f150. No one asked for a void cheque from me. I asked for what all I had to bring. I thought things might of change in ten years for buying a car. And you didn't need a void cheque. Brought the car home asked a friend. He said they need a void cheque. So I called you up and organized a void cheque to go to your company. Don't have a fax machine so my wife had to do it from work and that's a big no no. It was just a Hassel. When buying a vehicle the void cheque should be in the file. Then the sales man never said that the car couldn't be in my wife's name for any reason. It just went into my name. Again not a big deal just a Hassel.

I was told that it would be ready to-day. It was not, had to wait 45min. It wasn't cleaned, I just cleaned it up the best I could, as I wanted to put rubber mats in. Carol Mason.

Purchased a 2011 blue silverado. The online application was quick, approved within 24 hours. The salesman who called and ironed out all the paper work was friendly, polite, and efficient. Delivery of the vehicle was provided (they met me halfway in what was a 700km trip). All in all, it was a very god experience.
