The employees of haldimand motors were a great help when purchasing my vehicle. It was quick and easy to do financing and they were very patient with my several phone calls to ask queations.

Not willing to negotiate

I went in today and test drove a vehicle... for starter the battery was completely dead and I had to phone someone to come out and boost it... then as we got it started alarms went off because of the theft protect... I tried to negotiate a price and was told NO NEGOTIATION... What kind of dealership does not budge a dime on pricing??? Still undecided on whether Im going to continue to purchase through Haldimand Motors or travel to Toronto where prices are a bit better and I'm sure they are willing to meet their customer needs a bit better... Disappointed in our local dealership!

repaired heater controls, emergency flashers, stability control, ignition,, passenger air bag control, tow switch,and replaced the muffler and resonator I was loaned a good courtesy car All the staff was excellent I did not have to pay any extra

Second purchase at this dealer...easy no hassle shopping.. pick the cars you wanna try and just go at it...they help when you want it and arnt chasing you around the lot pestering... other dealers would learn from this. People are awesome...highly recommended

Found the vehicle I wanted. The salesman where very helpful. Once the car was purchased I had the vehicle the following day. The salesman work with each other every one is there to help. No one is pushy or forceful. Overall was a great experience will definitely go back or refer Haldimand motors. Very happy customer....
