Wonderful customer service from my product specialist (sales person ) JD Brown. Genuine gentelman and honest. It's hard to find people with these attributes today. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and has helped me experience and gain more insight into the WV brand. Highly recommend Mr JD Brown and the Bytek dealership. Thank you kindly.

Alex Grigorescu was the ideal car salesman. He treated me with the utmost respect, took me through a fantastic test drive, and honestly laid out the best possible vehicle that fell within my budget. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a Volkswagen. I would purchase a car from him in the future.

Our experience with the sales team and specifically Andrew was very positive. They did everything they could to get us into the car that we wanted and were very up front on cost and delivery. Highly recommend Bytek's buying experience over other dealerships in the area.
