Thanks Bytek VW! I had a great experience with the sales staff and financial staff! Big shout out to my man Abdalla Kabra for taking the time help me and the family look for a new VW Jetta! Another shout out to Josh Hamilton for making the financial and warranty portion a breeze! And finally thanks to the sales manager Chris Rodgers for working hard and finding the exact model and package I was looking for. So far we are very pleased with our new ride and look forward to dealing with Bytek again!

Ali Hassan was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to listen to my needs, offered honest advice, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the service side, Rawad was equally outstanding. He managed the repair process with great attention to detail and clear communication. From start to finish, he kept me informed and made sure the work was done to the highest standard. The results were flawless, and the car looked like new again. Both Ali and Rawad reflect the high level of service that makes Bytek VW a dealership you can trust. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a team that truly puts the customer first.

My wife and I have been searching for new cars over the last month. We went to nearly every dealership in Ottawa and 3 VW in particular. Ali (Sales Manager) and Ali (Sales Rep) were the best we’ve dealt with by far. Kudos to them and the team (Chris, Josh, and Jennifer C) for getting us a way better deal than any other. Absolutely love my new car and would highly recommend them.

This was my first time purchasing a car and I could not recommend Bytek VW enough!! Our sales representative, Abdallah, the finance manager, Josh and the sales manager, Ali made it super easy and stress-free. I mentioned my needs and they helped make it happen! They were able to answer all of my questions and proved to me that they care about their customers experince. 10/10 service, I would highly recommend going to Bytek VW for your next car!
