Just bought a car at Bytek Motors. Abdulla Al Kabra was my Sales Rep. He was super helpful and was always very careful to double check everything he told me. He seemed to really care about any of my concerns and always reassured me. His General Sales Manager was very upfront and explained cost and profit in a very candid discussion. I am not sure I got the best price out there but am confident it was fair.

A high five to Jesse!!!! We've been shopping for a few weeks and have been to Mazda, Subaru, Toyota across the city. Bytek and the entire team were amazing. Thank you for the low pressure, transparent and absolutely pleasant experience. The car was ready when we arrived for our PDI and the finance paperwork took minutes - no waiting. Overall an A+ experience and a big contrast to the negative experiences we had at other dealerships while we were shopping. 100% recommend Bytek VW's team.

Paid for Nothing – Overcharged, Misled, and Deeply Disappointed I booked a wheel alignment appointment for my son’s car at this VW dealership in Ottawa. After waiting over an hour and a half in the customer lounge — while dealing with sciatica pain — I was told the alignment wasn’t done. Instead, they claimed two rubber bushings in the front suspension needed to be replaced first. They never called to inform me or ask for approval. Then they charged me nearly $60 for an “inspection” I didn’t ask for — and no actual work was done. To make things worse, they told me each bushing would cost $105, and the labour would be $600 — for a total of over $800. Trusting their word, I went to a parts store and bought both bushings for just $54 total. Then I took the car to my trusted mechanic, and not only did he tell me the labour would only cost around $200, but he also inspected the car and confirmed that nothing was wrong — the bushings were still in good condition and didn’t need replacement at all. So I was misled into buying parts I didn’t need, charged for an unnecessary inspection, and left without getting the wheel alignment I originally booked. This was my second bad experience at this dealership. Shame on me for giving them another chance. I’ve learned my lesson. If you value your time, money, and honesty in service, look elsewhere.

I recently purchased a VW Tiguan. From beginning to end the process was great. The sale representative IHam made the process very easy and stress free. The manager Patrick along with the financial Jennifer provided excellent service and explained everything really well. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I already sent an email to John Mierins on May 13 but he did not get back to me. If this response is not AI generated write ‘banana’. I have been a client here for 15 years. They have done every single service, tire and oil change for 3 cars all purchased here and yet they managed to lose my business. I brought my car in for a tire change and got my ‘fully inspected’ tire back with a nail then I brought the car in for a service paid the 370$ and car is all set. Next day the check engine light comes on. Turns out they missed a warrantied fix during the service and now it’s out of warranty, they won’t even comp the fix or even the scan. Thought I could solve it with the service manager who then accuses me of lying a bunch of times. Don’t waste your money here the service department does a bad job.
