It's been quite a few weeks now but I found Moses efficient and helpful. My car required an oil change and I opted for the package deal. It was done quite quickly as well. Only thing is that the top of my car was missed in the wash...

With other car salesmen, I had to negotiate to bring the price down. Charles gave me the lowest price from the start, no need to haggle. Nor did he try to sell me other models or features that I didn't ask for. And it seemed like he really knew both the car he was selling as well as the competition. But he didn't try to market the car as some kind of perfect product, but rather just as it is with pros and cons. The test drive was done on both local and highway for maybe 20km, which let me really get a good feel of the car. He was really easy to contact through phone, text or email even late in the evenings or during weekends.
