I've been served by Edmund a few times before , all the time he is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Any problem with the car regardless big or small, he attends to it carefully and completely, everytime he tried his best to save time and money for his customer, leaving an excellent experience and impression about the service. This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Roadsport Honda. Not only did we get a great deal, we got excellent service from Charles Chan. He was not pushy and answered all our questions before and after the purchase. On the day we picked up our vehicle, he spent a good 30 minutes going over all the functions and features of the vehicle. He took his time explaining even though he had another customer waiting for him. I would highly recommend Charles Chan to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.
