Recent Service Experience

Have my 2013 Civic serviced with oil change and battery replacement on Feb 13, 2016. Previous service experiences were enjoyable, but this time was a little sloppy. Service reminder in the vehicle was not reset after the oil change and the clock was flashing and not re-adjusted after the battery change. Also, I was told the newly installed battery, which replaced the defected 2.5 years old battery would no longer be covered under any warranty. Not exactly sure why since I still paid the full labour cost and half the battery cost for the new battery that replaced a manufacture defected battery. So if I had another defected or a lemon battery installed this time and failed within a few month, I would have to pay for the full cost and labour to replace it.

Mr.Abraham was real cool, was having good product knowledge,explained all details and finally was very respectful.This was actually my second car bought from this outlet,and both times the Sales Person was Mr.Abraham.He had been strongly recommended by my co-worker who had also bought Two cars from this outlet . I wish Mr.Abraham & Road Sport -------All the BEST!!!!!

B1 service

I did my B1 service at Roadsport today (first time at Roadsport being highly recommended by a good friend), my service advisor Raymond did a great job, no complaint but praises for his good attitude in working out the job request. Appeared B1 service was completed per the work checklist attached to my bill. I settled the bill and once home, I checked the windshield washer fluid and found it almost empty!!! although it was refilled according to the checklist. I wanted to check my oil, brakes, tire pressure, rotation, etc. as I lost trust in Roadsport technician (very disappointing first time visit at Roadsport). But instead, I spoke to Raymond (as I am happy with his service) requested him to check with the technician and confirm that oil change, brake and other services were done correctly, to which he did and called me back within an hour. I believe in second chances, but my ask is for the service advisor (better yet the service manager) to ensure that their technicians are doing their work correctly as they carry the Dealer's and Honda's prestigious names! Don't forget that customers pays the bill knowing work is done accurately ...
