Chili followed up with me and remembered that I was a returning customer. We got the deal done after the second meeting with my 3yr old in tow. There was single bump along the way with another person, but Chili was professional and helped resolve.

1) I found another better deal in another Honda dealers afterward... just within 1 weeks. 2) Driving Recording Devices is a Gift if purchase a new car with them - as per their Radio AD. However I notice that they didn't mention this promotion to me after purchased the car from them.

I was looking for a Car purchase and met Saju at Roadsport Honda car dealership. He cordially invited to take a test drive of a Honda CRV. I liked the car and I liked Saju's dealing with me even better. I had a very pleasant experience of car ownership with Saju patiently guiding me through the various features of the car and how it compared to the competition. He spent a lot of time explaning the various aspects of purchase and at no point of time was he persuading or pushing for finalization of the sale. It was a great experience dealing with him and I am a happy customer.

Roadsport Honda made my car buying experience pleasant rather than painful. I never felt rushed or dismissed although I asked many questions. Tony was the reason I purchased my vehicle with Roadsport even though I saw a car I liked better at another dealership!
