Great customer service, but car has annoying flaws

Main issues: +Car drives great, excellent engine, steering, very silent v6 engine. -factory gps is really really bad. totally dissatisfied. Imagine saying city/street name letter by letter!! 2002 windows desktop technology was better! -seats and headrests are very uncomfortable -noisy tires and suspension. >107dbm on a slightly rough road. Gravel road is insane! (so far, -I've added lot of extra insulation to reduce high road/suspension/tire noise, -added back cushion and neck pillow for poor driver seat, -bought a 100$ garmin voice gps to use -spent hours toubleshooting speakers - they don't sound good below vol 10 and rear speakers are not even full range. Sub is not that good. It cant use 64gb flash usb; it cant normalize volume automatically. Is acceptable/average otherwise.) Other minor complaints: -fm reception is noisy/poor, can be significantly better. -gearshifts on coasting/slowing are rough and jerky - car can easily get hit from behind accidentally, since it suddenly halts automatically. -sportmode (automatic) does not shift to 6th gear, cant use this on a highway
