Charles was friendly and helpful for the start. He showed us all of our options and did not try to push anything. He helped us get exactly the vehicle we wanted. At all times we felt comfortable and welcome. His follow up calls and emails again reinforced what we already know, Charles was and is the person we will always want to deal with. Charles is often available and when he is not, he responds to emails and phone calls promptly. This inspires confidence. We look forward to many years of dealing with Charles.
