A very knowledgeable team, they took great care of me from day one and continue to do so even after pick-up day. They were very flexible with accommodating to my super busy schedule. Update: Recently traded in my 2018 RAM 1500 for a 2022 RAM 1500. Once again the team was very professional, accommodating, and made the deal work based on what I was looking for. Big shout out to Craig and Greg.

This review is long overdue however, I feel it's important to share my experiences with this dealership. I have now purchased three vehicles with this dealership, each time my experience is better. Josh Parkinson was outstanding assisting me purchase my 2016 Ram Sport. Josh brings a ton of energy and puts the excitement back into purchasing a vehicle. Whenever my vehicle comes in for service Josh makes a point to go out of his way to check up on me to insure I'm still happy with the vehicle and service I get. I have no debt when I'm ready to make my next vehicle purchase I'll be calling Josh first.

Made an appt for the paint and issue with my rear door not lining up on my truck. Service manager came out and looked at it, said panels will never be perfect and that it was just road damage so there was nothing he could do about it. Didn't seem to give a s*** about the problem I had and straight up told me he wasn't gonna make a warranty claim about it haha. Stopped in at Glassford Chrysler on the way home, service manager was very understanding and took pictures of all the wear and was booking me in for the door issue before I left the building. Dont waste your time going to finch, its a joke.
