Terrible service

Dropped off my car at 9am for an appointment to have it cleaned (silver package) that I made over a week in advance. Original quote time for the service was 3 hours. By 2:30pm my car was still not done and when I called to inquire I was told it would be another 2 hours as they hadn’t even started detailing it yet. Needless to say I cancelled the service as this is ridiculously terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

I just purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, altitude edition. Pleasant buying experience. Professional staff. Fast, efficient service. I would recommend anyone to visit Finch Chrysler in London Ontario

Best car salesman I’ve ever met in my life

I’m very happy with my visit to finch. They have wonderful customer service especially Justin Thorburn. I went in and told him what I want and he made it happen I highly recommend this place especially if u get a chance to deal with him, diffidently a good guy.
