New Tires and Recall completion

Thank you all very much for your service experience at Oxford dodge. My truck has only, and will continue to be, entrusted to only your care. Mike in service/parts was excellent to deal with and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase of my new tires. The service department and mechanics continue to impress me with their timing and actions to satisfy their customers. The recall repair to my steering column was a last minute request of mine and was very please to see it done same day. I had bumper to bumper checked, oil change, friendly shuttle service to Costco and return to Chrysler. I recommend London Chrysler to all I meet that are looking for a vehicle.

Honestly, I have never written a bad review to any business, except you. I am sorry to say that yet again my service was not good. I have had wrong tires, flat tires....etc...This time I arranged an appointment for a new door handle... she asked what type etc...gave ma an appointment. I pick it up, no new door handle, must be ordered. Which is very understandable. However it would make sense to me to check that before making an appointment. I took the day off work to have this done. I did have it serviced for oil...and that was done but I would have waited t have them both done at the same time....which I had thought I had arranged. Frustrating. On the positive they washed my car. Yes I do love my car but have come to dread having it serviced. No other choice....so I guess I better get used to it.

My issues were looked after and I was on the road again in an hour and a half.

My brake light had come on and the first time I took it in they said it was low on fluid and it needed an adjustment. A couple of days later the brake light came on again, and since I was in the area of the dealership, I stopped in again to see if they could look at it. Within an hour and a half they had my brakes repaired and it seems to be fine now. Mechanic Bob Feick came out to tell me what the issue was and that it shouldn't give me anymore problems. Much appreciated!

Turned the van in for regular service. Two other problems were detected and fixed up as well, all in good time. Nice to have the van back on the road again.

No waiting when arrived - Service Advisor very professional while still being friendly. Turn around was very quick. Shuttle driver was great.
