Buying a new vehicle

For me I am immediately turned off with a pressured approach and one who does not listen to what I am looking for. Archie was a person I could relate to immediately and fit my personality. I had done a lot of research and was getting ready to commit, but clearly needed to be shown the merits of the vehicle. Archie was unhurried and allowed me to figure out the vehicle and options that best suited my needs. Although I came into the dealership thinking I would give a week to think about the vehicle and various packages, I knew after I had a spin in the vehicle and spent time with Archie talking about the various features of the vehicle, that I knew that I was ready to commit to buying the Jeep from him. I came to the dealership having great service for my old Jeep, which to me is one of the key ingredients to buying a vehicle.....nice to have a great car, but if you need service then that is where the money is. As usual Darryl's service was excellent. There was an issue with our tires in storage. He quickly fixed the situation and I got my vehicle when I needed it.

Pleasant experience and great service !

Brad was helpful and professional which made our purchase a pleasant experience. When I returned to the dealership a few days later with a minor problem, it was immediately looked after and I was on the road again within minutes which was much appreciated.

I was just at Oxford Chrysler. I have 5 dodge/ chrysler vech's and just moved to Oakridge and looking for somewhere close to help look after my companies work and personal vehicles. I popped in quickly into the service bay. No one acknowledge me for the first 5-10min. Then one employee said I should go inside to get help as he was busy for 10min or so. I stood in there for another 5-10min to a lady said "it's going to be awhile before someone could help me". There was 3 employees behind the counter in there. And in the service there was another 3. I say 1 customer in the service bay and 1 inside the cust. service desk. I've been in buisness for over 15 years and can't believe how people can just stand there and show no interest in a customer for that long. I ran a service bay for 7 years in London 15-16 years ago and I would be so upset if my employees would have had someone stand there for that long with not even a hello. Just completley rude.
