It is a great feeling to drop it off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day all completed, and have not a concern while I just focus on my job.

Wayne was a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. When we went to pick up the vehicle, no one was available to handle the transaction. The interior of the vehicle had not been cleaned.

I made an appointment one week in advance and said at the time that I would like my car back mid afternoon. I arrived on time and my cre was ready on time. Unfortunately there was an hour wait for the shuttle pickup but that wasn't Dwayne's fault.

Long wait to drop off

The actual work that was done on the car was great. But we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to drop the Van off, making us late to our next appointment.
