Car getting fixed a lot

the reason we came back to Oxford Dodge is because we bought our last vehicle there and we received friendly and good service. We also like the fact that included in our purchase is, the free oil changes.

Great service from Dwayne despite not having an appointment.

Dwayne just wanted you to know my tire pressure when I left the garage was 241. Ticked me off since the monitoring system comes on when tires are below 248. The next day the tire pressure read 234. With tire temperature it comes up to 241to 248. The other 3 tires all read 254 to 261.

Recent Experience at the Service Department

Mike is always pleasant to work with on arrival. I was happy that there was a driver available so I didn't have to wait for a ride to work. I needed to be here for an 8:00 meeting and I was. However, I did want to get my car back by 3:00 pm. and had to call to find out what stage it was at round 3:30. The driver did come quickly. I don't believe I had a car wash or if I did they missed both the windshield and the back window. I am a pretty fussy Fiat owner so was disappointed at the car wash.

I had the tires changed and a service call on a recall---everything was done according to the predicted manner-- included was an explanation of some other problems that should be handled in the near future.

Peace of Mind

I found Dwayne to be very good at explaining to me what needed to be done to my car so I will book an appointment and bring it back in. The good tires were purchased st Cdn. Tire and they were significantly less expensive there (I still had the receipt) so I will probably go there again for the tires. I didn't realize that when an appointment was booked one needs to specify that the intention is to wait so I was pleased with Dwayne's explanation and also that he got me through in approximately one hour and a half.

In for a peace of mind inspection, first one. Mike got me in quick with no issues.

Great service. My shuttle driver was very kind and chatted all the way home (Ron). Mike called when my vehicle was ready and let me know they were waiting on a couple of parts that would be in shortly.
