2 weeks in advance I had an appt. scheduled for Monday Nov 9th at noon to do: peace of mind inspection, oil change, beauty cover recall & replace a warped piece of plastic weather stripping. After indicating I would be waiting on site as the work was done, the service rep assured me they would speed up the process without me asking. 2 hours later, I was advised that not only was the weather stripping part not in, it wasn't even ordered and none of the other work had even begun. I was given another appt. time for later in the week to get the weather stripping part replaced and came back at the 2pm time, again waiting on site. At 3:40pm I was advised that the wrong part had been ordered, but someone was on their way from another dealership with the correct part. This time I waited 2 and a half hours for essentially, a piece of plastic. I understand things are busy and not everything can be done at exact appointment times, but to schedule services weeks in advance only to wait hours and not even have them completed is very frustrating. It only makes matters worse to return and have almost the same thing happen twice in the same week.

I purchased this grand caravan in April and ordered an auto starter, thinking that it would have been installed when I picked up my vehicle. I was not informed that it was back ordered. But six months???? That's horrible customer service. When I contacted Chrysler Corp, the customer service rep had the audacity to tell me that I should get it before snowfall. Really?????? I have been a loyal Chrysler customer for many years, and this will most likely be my last Chrysler product. The only good thing that came out of this whole ordeal is this service advisor!! Mike provided me with fantastic service. And let me stress how lucky Oxford Dodge is to be blessed with having Mike and the drivers, who dropped me off and the driver who picked me up. Great customer service these three individuals provided was amazing.

He supplied me good service. There was no code or engine alarm. But he still found the problem. The time for repairing is acceptable.

They were all very professional. It is just that a 1:45 scheduled appointment wasn't finished until 8:30 the next morning.

This was my first experience with Oxford Dodge and it was super! I was provided with a courtesy shuttle, I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle, and the job was completed sooner than expected. Although this location is not as close to my home as the other dodge dealer, I had a much better experience. I will definitely be back.
