I left with a very good feeling about the dealership and my Sales Associate. A very organized and thorough visit. All paperwork, in place and ready to go. Sales Associate spent a considerable amount of time presenting the features of my new vehicle that I might not be familiar with.

I expected my car would take approximately an hour and a half. Late afternoon I was advised that extra work was required and my car would have to remain overnight. If I had known earlier about the situation I would have picked up my car and brought it back later in the week. I required it the next day and especially since it poured rain all day Wednesday. I wasn't exactly pleased.

Had all seasons changed to winter and cabin filter changed and work done on brakes as well. The work was all done in an appropriate amount of time without any problem. Thank you Don Halliday

In terms of customer service excelllent in all ways. In just over an hour we were on our way to the last minute Dr. appointment with tires changed and a sparkly clean fiat. Great start to the day. Thanks Mike

We were highly insulted when Brad asked us for our down payment and we pulled out our cheque book, he said we needed to have a certified cheque. We said we had not been told that and he all but called us liars by stating twice that "she" (Andrea) always tell customers a certified cheque is required. She did not tell us or we would have brought the certified cheque. Neither Andrea or Brad gave us their business cards, and when I asked Brad for documentation to indicate what was covered with the free oil changes he said there is nothing I needed, the service center had all the info. We did not even receive a card with the Roadside Assistance info to carry in our wallet. We were not pressured to purchase the van, however Brad did not show us any other options as we might have upgraded to a vehicle with sightly more options.

I had my winter tires put on, oil change, air filters replaced, fuel injection service and my windshield treated with a product to assist with vision during rain or snow. As usual my visit to Oxford Dodge's Service Department enhances my appreciation of excellent vendor/client experiences. Over the many vehicles purchased there and subsequent service experiences it never ceases to amaze me how they really do care about their customers. A lot of businesses talk about providing superior service but Oxford actually does it. Anyone can sell something, the real art is to take the care necessary to reinforce the sale with excellent customer service. We would not consider dealing anywhere else for our cars.

Staff were polite and offered help. Work ( finding cause of leak - clamp on hose.) was completed promptly. Delivery drive offered to take car to Express lube when I said that was where I was going.
