Always great service!

Been a customer of Oxford Dodge for for over 20 years. Always have had great service. The quick lube is also very quick and handy.

Darryl is very considerate of our needs and takes time to explain all that will be done to the car. I would suggest that if one is waiting for a couple of hours that someone would come out to explain why the long wait and how much longer it will take. Other than that I was very satisfied with the service and the professionalism and politeness from staff.

I had taken my vehicle to a well known local tire franchise and had four new all weather tires installed. During the course of the tire installation they noted that the brake calipers were dry and should be serviced. I explained that Oxford Dodge had just performed a front only caliper service approx. 2300kms. ago. I spoke with Dwayne Prichett at Oxford Dodge service dept. and he booked an appointment to check the status of their previous caliper service. After removing the wheels Dwayne had me inspect the front calipers with him. Sure enough they had been properly serviced and lubed. There was no charge to me for this re-inspection. I'm having an additional unrelated service performed in approx two weeks and told Dwayne I will book a rear caliper service to be performed at the same time. Mike is an asset to your company. Mike's performance is second to none. It's a shame that your sales department doesn't have the same professionalism. I have dealt with your Service, Parts and Body Shop and all have performed excellently. I tried once to deal with your sales department and all I can say never again. Sorry to say that's why when I needed a vehicle I went else where.All I can say as long as you have Mike you have Me.
