My Dodge Journey was towed in on a holiday weekend and Darryl took all the information for the work order, then called my home to say the Dodge was repaired a couple of days later. He explained in detail exactly what the problem was and why I couldn't start the vehicle. Even the CAA tow truck driver couldn't figure out why a battery boost didn't work, so he thought it might have been the alternator. It was actually a burnt part in the starter motor. I had a tune up done at the same time, so I'm all set for winter. My 2010 Journey was purchased new at this dealership and I always get excellent service there!

Mike was helpful and professional (as always). He got the car in and had the repair done in the time he quoted. In addition my son test drove a car while we were waiting and is now buying it from Oxford Dodge. In my view the service area is the heart and soul of why I deal where I deal. After about 20 years at Oxford Dodge it was service problems a couple years ago ( no loaner car, repairs that didn't fix the problem that re-occurred on the drive home from the shop 3 times) that had me buy a Ford F150 in 2014. Not a backlash against Oxford Dodge but some of the loyalty element had been eroded. But here we go again with my son's new 300. Thanks for the opportunity to give you my 2 cents worth.

The reception at the service centre was great. I brought my car at 9 for regular check up and all was done including car wash and inserting a new AC filter in less than 3 hours. It was a very good service .

Just an easy stop. Had to get a switch in the door panel changed over for a re call. Guys were very friendly and professional.

I have had several interesting service requirements with my 2010 Caliber. All dealings with your service department have been courteous, respectful and professional. Mike Summerfield and Darryl DeGraw showed knowledge about the suspected problems and discussed them in a very respectful and competent manner. I was able to get a friendly and courteous ride to work and back to the dealership every time. My car was always ready when they said it would be. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Everyone at the dealership was helpful. Wayne did not pressure us at all in the process. He even suggested leasing new if that would suit our needs better. He was respectful at all times and just wanted us to get what was right for us. Thank you.

Although I was pleased with the timely repair, it would have been easy for your team to go above and beyond and wash the bird poop off the driver door , if not the whole vehicle.
