I am not sure how the distribution of customers is when arriving but Darryl is extremely busy, overloaded with paperwork, perhaps service order printers could be placed in centre of bays for better access and customer efficiency and additional service stands could replace long desk making those writers equally as efficient. My 2014 Fiat 500 needed a replacement for the fluid level sensor in the gas tank. While they were a little slow getting the part in once it had arrived the procedure happened quickly. Dwayne is always very polite and helpful whenever I take my car in for anything.

We had another positive car repair experience with Oxford Dodge. The issues that needed to be repaired were explained thoroughly. Fixed quickly. Shuttle service was required, Driver was friendly. This is our second vehicle purchased here and won't be our last. Thank you!
