I have not bought many new vehicles in my life but I have to say buying at Oxford Dodge was a great experience.Todd and the rest of the sales staff are great. They were able to get me financing on a brand new Ram pickup and I got what I was looking for. Thank you Oxford dodge and staff!!! I will recommend Todd and Oxford Dodge to all my friends and family!

Well this week I made arrangements through Mike Summerfield to have our vehicle serviced as noted above. Driving an hour to get service would seem odd to many people, BUT, not so when you consider that we are treated as part of a larger family at Oxford Dodge. Most of that feeling comes from the way Mike deals with us. He is very personable, yet professional, knowledgeable and straight forward concerning all our service needs for our vehicle. Thanks a lot Mike. There is also the fact that at the dealership one gets the impression real quick that we are more than just another person in for a service. Although there were other advisors in the bay area, I waited awhile to be served and then while being looked after I had to wait again while a phone customer was served even though I was standing right there. Maybe look into the first in line policy. Thankyou

Work was carried out quickly and to my satisfaction, waiting for parts for other recall. Since work done, engine solid light has come on and am arranging to bring truck in Monday to see what caused that. Hopefully it's minor.
