Good to excellent

Dwayne: My reason for not giving 5 Stars was my truck was not washed which has been customary to this point. Has Oxford changed it's practice? Your service was excellent. One other point, PLEASE make sure that communications regarding my truck are sent to me NOT to Shirley. There is no reason Shirley receives the message addressed to me and then has to forward it. We have mentioned this before with no action taken. The explanation given in the past doesn't seem reasonable. Cheers Ron

I have always been treated well by the Service Department at Oxford Dodge. They are respectful, courteous and provide helpful advice on how to maintain my car.

Good service, and on time. Vehicle is a 2014 Ram 1500, recall notice showed Dodge Charger. Mike checked to make sure it was the correct recall, vehicle was ready, and washed, ahead of the stated time.

Terrible experience at body shop

My vehicle has been in for repair for a total of 7 visits over 60 days, and is still not repaired properly, with poor quality paint, rust forming, scratches around the body where glass was removed. My insurance is recommending that my car be repaired elswhere. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
