I came in to have my snow tires installed and take advantage of the half price storage fee offer. The service team was right on time - no waiting. They performed an alignment check, and noted that it was time for a piece of mind service check as well. After the check in process - a gentleman inquired whether or not I needed to take advantage of the shuttle service. I elected to wait for the service in the lounge which was comfortable and clean. I was back on the road in very short order with everything I had requested working perfectly. Thanks again for a great experience.

Overall a good experience. When I pulled up I was not sure if I should just pull in to one of the bays so I waited. when no one flagged me in I did pull into an empty spot. I waited for quite sometime before I was acknowledged as there was only 1 service associate. There was another team member who said she did't know where everyone went but someone would be there soon. Mike came out from main building. I made my appointment the week prior for thursday the 15th. When Mike looked it up he said they actually scheduled it for the 22nd. But he got me in anway he said My car would be ready at a certain time and it was. no delays. Thanks Mike when I pick up the car. As I walked by he remembered my name and said thanks.

very fast dropped truck of at 7 am and was done by 10 am . Truck was also washed, very good service.
