John from the very start new the vehicle we were interested in and new our budget. He should us the pros and cons of a used vehicle and a new one, keeping in mind the Budget. I 'd deal with him any time.

The dealership personnel were attentive and focused on my interests. GM did not have the courtesy to acknowledge my written further concerns about an early failure of a leaf spring known to be suspect by GM that put my family's safety at risk. I will continue with Murray for servicing of my Silverado but am unlikely to purchase GM as my next vehicle. If you have a Silverado covered by the bulletin inspect your leaf springs vigilantly. The center leaf may have a hidden fracture with no externally visible signs or warnings. The bulletin issued by GM does not address the necessary close visual inspection. My failure clearly showed the fracture was old, worn and rusted. The spring dislodged at highway speed while trailering. Stay safe - do a close inspection right away.

We had issues with a previous dealership when we special ordered after the 10 weeks we found out the car wasn't coming: we came to see a specific car and Liam had it pull r into the showroom ready for viewing, stayed 20 mins after close and never batted an eye. Came back the next day to finalize pricing and rolled it off the lot 2 days after viewing.

when arriving back at home i noticed the block heater extension cord hanging from the engine compartment. The cord was tucked away nicely behind the air cleaner box, obviously was not put back in properly after checking my air filter.
