Ryan was very pleasant and helpfull resolving my issues with my Equinox.

Ryan treated me with respect ,was courteous and focused on my issues with my car as well as providing a detailed description of what needed to be addressed to have my car repaired and returned to me . My car was also washed .

My wife and I were looking to do a trade in and Daniel Bean was the best person we could have dealt with. He took the time to really help us make the right decision and helped us with absolutely everything possible. He was absolutely professional in every way but very caring as well.

picked up my boy from Lacrosse, was very hot out, back door was stuck....egads I thought it had melted. Pulled in on the way, yup, just two minutes before official close. stopped in parking lot to make sure I still couldn't open it myself either. The gentleman there said everyone who could fix it was already gone home.. but he gave it a little one, two three, said the keypad was sensitive and off I went. Egads, I even believe I said: thanks, dear??????? on my way to get my other son to work. always there for my there, for sure:)

Fine, quick service. Staff very nice. How come On Star don't know the oil was changed? They still think I only have 14%.

Our sales man was very helpful and instructions on how to use the bluetooth and the On Star features on our new Malibu. He also explained the functions of the Start Stop Engine and the fuel economof this type of engine..
