Service was super. And quick.

I feel they did a Therrow job. For the had found a nail in bedded in my tire. Which was good for I was heading on a long trip to Chicago. The only thing I didn't like was that there labor cost was a bit high

I've dealt with Murray Chev since 2007 and every time I come in for servicing I request to deal with Peter Buternowski. He knows me on sight, has been very helpful and willing to explain any work needed and he always makes sure I leave satisfied. He makes the dealership servicing pleasant. As long as Peter is in the service bay I will keep returning. He's worth his weight in gold to someone who like me, knows just enough about a vehicle to get it started and get from point A to point B. Thanks, Peter. Thanks Murray Chevrolet.

Service was fine... oil change. However, there were 2 issues with the vehicle that were written on the paper but the technician did not mentione to the customer. I feel that if an issue warrants being written down that it alsowarrants being mentioned so that the customer can ask questions and be fully aware.

Last synthetic oil change did cost me over $100! This was my first time using the service in full. The previous oil change I did supply the synthetic oil, so I learn my lesson.

Quick lube should be quick not more than a half hour tops. Also the cost of oil and filter was extremely expensive and not competitive with other places

Everytime I have had my vehicle serviced (for anything i.e. oil change etc.) I have been met with cheerful, informative service representatives. My service advisor is usually Peter Buternowsky and he is a gem of person; personable, detailed with information, courteous and keeps me up to date on progress of the work being done; but if he is busy the service adivors that I speak with are all equally as informed, and personable. I give the service advisors and Murray Chevrolet a five star rating.
