I can only say that the staff at Murrays went out of their way to ensure that I was kept up to date on the repairs that were being done to my 2013 Sonic. They even took the time to find a few issues with my vehicle that I did not know about. Ryan kept me informed of the work that was being done and apologized for the slight delay when he said that a problem was detected with a problem with the transmission that the mechancics found wand wanted to repair. Overall the car was returned to me just slightly passed the promised time and is in excellent running condition. Thank you for taking the time and going that extra step.

When I go to Murray Chevrolet, I feel that everyboday is there to help me. They explain what they will work on my car. They are very nice. The person that sold me the car remembers me and talks to me.

we went in for an oil change and didnt have to wait very long (love that) and they fixed a panel on the bottom of the vehichle. I was in fast and out fast love it

Good service, very respectful, work was completed quickly. I was allowed to stay at the dealership and wait for my car. My rep carried my walker upstairs so I could go for food and coffee. The wifi for the customers to use was working....even in the lunchroom.
